PROBABLY ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD AT A DEALERSHIP. I TOOK MY 991.1 GT3 WITH A CUP FRONT END FOR A SIMLE ALIGHMENT. I bought a Macan 4 EV and got excellent support from Maryline Baroud. Buying remotely has its challenges but Maryline’s professionalism, advice and creative problem solving made the process successful and relatively pain free. She was also in touch all along and very responsive at each step of the process. Jason Ijadi was also instrumental in securing the right vehicle transportation. Absolute worst service ever, not sure if under new management? It was great before, that I purchased 2 cars from there 2 years in a row. went in last week for a simple fix, NO ONE acknowledged me, 2 so called service advisors chatting outside, ignoring me. The porter took my info (on a yellow sticky) and will have someone get back to me, till today over a week later, nothing. Will never step a foot back in this dealership not for purchase nor for service.
Dealership is great, service people great, service poor. Repair on the list not completed. They need to do a real test of my issue, not a one time. Them I picked up my car I already had the same issues. In the driveway of the dealership. I did not have time to renter my car to service. Problems continue today, not happy

I went in upset about being left off the Porshe Taycan charger recall 2024 offer, but my sales agent Kris and service Dominque pulled it together and got my charger situation taken care of and my car recalls and repair, all taken care of with a great deal of service in just 2 days. My advisor Chris did not communicate with me about the issue with my car nor when it was actually going to be looked at. He was however very quick to communicate when he suggested I replace all 4 tires. Very disappointing that I couldn't get a response from him at any point. I expected better from Porsche.

The Sales associate Kris was knowledgeable, professional, but also very empathic to my needs. I loved the car, he helped me get a very fair price, and I bought the car on the spot. Everyone I met there -- from reception, to the coffee bar, to the concluding paperwork -- was uniformly terrific. Could not recommend a dealership more highly, and I've bought 25+ cars over the course of my life.
