Lidiya was so helpful and professional through the entire experience. Her attention to detail was excellent and her knowledge of the vehicles was deep and nuanced. Her communication was an A, going out of her way to answer texts and calls both inside and outside of work hours. I will be recommending her and the dealership to anyone who asks!

PROBABLY ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD AT A DEALERSHIP. I TOOK MY 991.1 GT3 WITH A CUP FRONT END FOR A SIMLE ALIGHMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS GIVEN TO THE PORSCHE WOODLAND HILLS IN PERSON CONDITION WITH NO SCRATCHES, OR BROKEN BODY PARTS. AFTER WAITING AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR 4 HOURS, I RECIEVED THE VEHICLE. AFTER LOOKING AT THE VEHICLE I NOTICED THE FRONT END SCRAPED, LIP DINGED, AND MY CUP FLARE TABS BROKEN, ALONG WITH PPF LIFTING, SINCE IT WAS 4PM BY NOW. MY SERVICE ADVISOR LEFT, THE MANAGER HAD LEFT, I WAS GIVEN ANOTHER ADVISOR WHO TELLS ME, LETS GET YOUR PAPERWORK READY. SO YOU CAN PAY YOUR INVOICE. WITHOUT ANY CONCERN TO THE DAMAGES DONE TO THE VEHICLE. SIMPLY TELLS ME, " I CANT LET THE VEHICLE LEAVE WITH A BALACE" SO, I PAID. AND WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WOULD CALL ME FIRST THING. WELL IT WAS NOW 12:30PM I HAVENT GOTTEN ANY CALL. SO I DROVE TO THE DEALERSHIP. MANAGER WASNT HAPPY TO SEE ME AT ALL. DIDNT ONE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DAMAGES THEY CAUSED. MADE ME FEEL LIKE AN ABSOLUTE USELESS INDIVIDUAL. TELLS ME WE CAN SEND IT TO OUR BODY SHOP AND THEY CAN REPAID THE BROKEN BUMPER TABS WITH PLATIC WELDING. WELL KIND SIR, I DIDNT BRING YOU THE VEHICLE WITH PLASTIC WELDED PARTS. ANYWAYS I LEFT. AND I WILL NOT BE TAKING IT THEIR BODY SHOP. I REFUSE TO DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS WAY, IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE! A SIMPLE APOLOGY AND TAKING RESPONSIBILITY WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE THAN ENOUGH.

Buying remotely has its challenges but Maryline’s professionalism, advice and creative problem solving made the process successful and relatively pain free.
