Service is always great especially with Mario. He always calls me with updates and is always professional.The drop off and pick up process is smooth and efficient.

Went to pick up my 2024 Cayenne from service because code indicated I needed a part, and after waiting a month for the part, the part they received was defective and I now have to wait for the part again. HOWEVER, while waiting for my car to be brought out from service, Chris Carrol was so nice, a pleasure to talk with, and he was able to answer and fix the 1 burning question Ive had, which was Why artist names and songs never shows on my 2024 but did on all the prior Cayennes. This made me so HAPPY because that has irritated me since the day I brought home my new car. Give Chris Carroll a shout out!

Them I picked up my car I already had the same issues. In the driveway of the dealership. I did not have time to renter my car to service. Problems continue today, not happy

I went in upset about being left off the Porshe Taycan charger recall 2024 offer, but my sales agent Kris and service Dominque pulled it together and got my charger situation taken care of and my car recalls and repair, all taken care of with a great deal of service in just 2 days.
